Lasaet Falfala — Multi-Branch Restaurant Ordering & Delivery Platform
A digital ordering platform for Lasaet Falfala’s restaurant branches, combining customer ordering, menu management, orders, delivery, and promotions with centralized company management and a dedicated dashboard for each branch.
From concept to delivery
The project includes a mobile or web customer interface, a central company dashboard, and a dedicated operational dashboard for each restaurant branch. Customers can browse the menu, select items, options, and add-ons, and place orders. Management tools cover products, pricing, customers, branch orders, and branch-specific delivery zones. The platform also supports promotions, discount codes, fixed or zone- or distance-based delivery fees, free-delivery conditions, payment management, and company- and branch-level reports.
Facilitate the demand experience of the catering chain, standardize the management of the ports and exhibits, regulate the follow-up of requests and deliveries to each branch and provide a central vision for the company through branch and operation reports.
